This Abaton white wine is a delicate dry wine produced from Greek Athiri and Assyrtiko varieties, grown in the Metohi Chromitsa Vineyard of St. Panteleimon Monastery on Mount Athos.
Its color is lemon with green hues. On the nose, you will find smoky, citrus notes with botanical nuances. On the palate, the texture is round, greedy with lively acidity and a persistent finish.
Its production embraces the long monastic tradition of winemaking, with respect to nature and its resources. It is an excellent pairing with raw and roasted vegetables, fish, seafood, white meat, soft cheese, and fruits.
