Organic tapenade made from delicious Kimi figs, with tender flesh and golden skin. Askada cultivates fig trees naturally and dehydrates their fruits using traditional methods used in Kymi on Evia Island. Figs are known for their health benefits as well as the vitamins and minerals they contain.
This organic fig spread received an award in 2019 at the London Great Taste Award competition. Made with at least 80% Kimi PDO figs, this spread is a tasty choice with a deeply fruity and complex taste with hints of caramel and honey.
Fig spread is perfect to accompany foie gras and hard cheese with a glass of red dry wine. It can also be tasted as jam on bread or in sauces for your homemade burgers.
