Oregano whole branches with leaves and flowers are carefully handpicked from wild oregano shrubs of Mount Othrys between May and June. Oregano branches are then dried in shade and ambient temperature to preserve their pure and natural aromas.
You can use the branches directly in your cooking pots or you can rub a branch between your hands and then add the powdered leaves and oregano flowers to your food. It will add flavor to meats and fish and you will enjoy it in your tomato sauces or with your vegetables and potatoes.
